In the acetic anhydride production unit, by controlling the rate of increase in mother liquor tar and reducing catalyst consumption, the system load remains stable, thereby further boosting the profitability of the products. Both sets of polyoxymethylene production facilities operated at full capacity during the first quarter, with the second set even setting a new record for continuous operation duration, achieving the best performance among similar facilities in China. With an annual production capacity of 300,000 tons of caprolactam, it serves as a new growth driver for Lunan Chemical, which continued to make efforts in the first quarter to penetrate the high-speed spinning market. Attacks have targets, and battles have strategies. The company established a task force composed of the Quality Inspection Center, Production Department, Business Department, and Caprolactam Division, leveraging the advantages of its resource system to take multiple measures to improve both production capacity and product quality. In the first quarter, the output of caprolactam products reached 102% of the planned target, enabling the company to generate revenue of over 1 billion yuan. Entering March, 4 companies have begun testing Lunan Chemical’s caprolactam products on high-speed spinning lines. In the first quarter, the control efficiency of the 480-ton boiler at Lunan Chemical improved significantly; Boiler No. B operated continuously for 526 days, setting a new record for the longest operating duration of such a boiler. The switching between the “three large and one small” and “three large and two small” operation modes of the gasification furnace is stable, ensuring that each unit operates at its maximum load. In the Lu Nan chemical production facility, there are 7 gasification furnaces of different types, built at various times. Depending on the type of furnace, the company continuously adjusts and optimizes the ratio of coal fed into them. Close attention is paid to the coal analysis data, and the furnace temperature is finely adjusted as necessary. For the operation of each gasification furnace, the principle of \"one project, one plan, one measure\" is strictly followed, to ensure that all gasification furnaces remain in a safe and stable operating state during emergency responses to major events. During boiler operation, strict random sampling of coal loading is carried out at each shift, the particle size is screened as required, and the quality of the coal fed into the boiler is monitored in all aspects. It is thanks to this perseverance of \"extra care and even more stringent control\" that the two furnaces were able to operate stably over long periods of time. By deepening benchmarking management, advancing the integration of informatization and industrialization, optimizing settlement models, strengthening quality and brand development, as well as pursuing smart factory construction through various lean management approaches, the economic operation quality of Lunan Chemical has been significantly improved. In the first quarter, a total of 1,310 self-improvement projects were identified, resulting in cost savings of nearly 2 million yuan.
