At 15:58 on the afternoon of August 6, with a clear whistle, the lifting operation officially began. Guohong Company established a leading group for the project aimed at improving the quality of the distillation system. It worked together with the construction company to develop a thorough and detailed lifting plan, and provided safety training and instructions to all workers prior to the actual lifting operations, ensuring that safety was given top priority. For this lifting operation, a 500-ton crawler crane was used, with the assistance of a 500-ton truck crane. After more than an hour of intense and orderly work, the high-voltage tower, which is 53.8 meters tall, 3.0 meters in diameter and weighs over 150 tons, was successfully lifted in one go. Previously, the recovery tower was also hoisted into place at 17:18 on August 5. After the high-pressure tower and recovery tower for the methanol distillation system at Guohong Company have been installed, the company will actively carry out various tasks such as on-site pipeline alignment, installation of supporting facilities, and commissioning testing.
