On the afternoon of November 11, with the installation of the last speed sensor for the turbine completed, Datang Fuxin Coal-to-Natural Gas announced that the maintenance work on the turbine components of the various compression units in its synthesis center had been successfully finished after nearly half a month of effort. In October, the Synthesis Center conducted individual and combined tests on six large-scale units. During these tests, it was found that the vibration levels of the turbine support bearings in a series of natural gas compression units were on the high side. The Synthesis Center, together with relevant departments such as the Mechanical Maintenance Department, Hangzhou Steam Turbine Co., and Shenyang Blower Group, as well as maintenance companies, held analysis meetings to discuss and examine this issue. Finally, after ruling out issues such as wear of the bearing bushings, it was decided to disassemble the turbine, remove the rotor, and transport it to SHENGU for re-checking of its dynamic balance. After the rotor had its dynamic balancing completed by SHENGU, it was transported back to the Fuxin company on the evening of November 8th. The Synthesis Center promptly contacted SHENGU as well as JETYOU Maintenance Company to reinstall the rotor, and during this reinstallation process, the assembly clearances were checked and adjusted again to ensure that the next test run would be successful from the first attempt. Natural gas compression units play a crucial role in transporting natural gas products. The synthesis center attaches great importance to this maintenance work; it has selected skilled personnel to monitor closely the disassembly of the turbine, the dynamic balancing of the rotor, and the reassembly process, ensuring that the maintenance is completed smoothly and on time, thus laying a solid foundation for a successful first-time commissioning of the unit.
