Consultation on candle filter

For the filtration of PTA catalysts, is a candle filter better or a metal-sintered filter element? Are there any usage metrics?
I have never used PTA; for practical purposes, it is recommended to use metal-sintered filter elements.
I haven’t worked with PTA before, but for catalyst filtration I recommend using metal-sintered filter elements – they offer high precision, are easy to clean, and can be reused
Originally, metal sintering was used for this purpose, but in newer projects, candle filters have been adopted in most cases; these candle filters are fully automatic and completely sealed, with thorough regeneration of the filter fabric
