All three gasifiers in Harbin Electric Boiler’s fleet, which have the highest daily coal consumption in the world, have been manufactured and shipped. On the 14th, the last gasifier for the second phase of the Inner Mongolia HuiNeng Coal Chemical Project, manufactured by Harbin Electric Boiler Co., Ltd. (short for Harbin Electric Boiler), was loaded onto a ship and sent off. To date, all three four-nozzle coal-water slurry gasification furnaces for this project have been successfully manufactured and shipped. This gasifier can handle up to 3,300 tons of coal per day per unit, making it the gasifier with the highest daily coal input in the world at present. This device is also the first four-nozzle gasification furnace in China to have its inner walls clad with nickel-based alloys. Four-nozzle gasification furnaces require extremely high concentricity since the flame tips from all four directions converge at one point, making them difficult to manufacture. The successful production and shipment of the gasifier for this project demonstrate Harbin Electric Boilers’ strong design and manufacturing capabilities in the field of gasifiers, marking a new milestone in the design and manufacture of core equipment for ultra-large-scale chemical projects.
