The main scale of this project is 600,000 tons per year of caprolactam production; it will be constructed in two phases, with Phase I involving the construction of a production facility with an output of 270,000 tons per year； The second phase of construction includes facilities with a capacity of 270,000 tons per year for **, 600,000 tons per year for caprolactam, 900,000 tons per year for ammonium sulfate, and 15,000 tons per year for light oil. It is equipped with 2 × 300 t/h high-temperature and high-pressure circulating fluidized bed boilers to supply steam for production purposes. In accordance with the industrial development plan of the project owner, it is planned to adjust the construction schedule for this project; therefore, a first public consultation announcement is being issued again. 　　In accordance with the Provisions on Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment (Ministerial Order No. 4), the relevant information is hereby disclosed as follows: 1. Overview of the construction project: Project name: Ejin Horo Banner Jianyuan Coal Coking Co., Ltd.’s 600,000 tons per year caprolactam project (Phase I). Nature of the project: New construction. Location of construction: Qipanjing Industrial Park. Main components of the construction: 300,000 tons per year of caprolactam, 450,000 tons per year of ammonium sulfate, 30,000 tons per year of crude alcohol, 2,750 tons per year of X oil, 2,385 tons per year of fuel oil, and 625 tons per year of light oil ； Supporting facilities: 2×300t/h boilers, a hydrogen peroxide production plant with an annual capacity of 300,000 tons, and a sulfur-based sulfuric acid production plant with an annual capacity of 400,000 tons. 　　Investment: The total investment for the project is 1,170,610 million yuan.
