Since resuming work on this project, a total of 27,800 pipe connections have been installed as part of its process piping; so far, 16,480 of these connections have been completed, representing 60% of the total; A total of 45 units are to be installed; 40 have been installed so far, with 90% of the cable laying completed. Currently, extra hours of work are being put in to prepare for the successful completion of the project milestones; the main construction is expected to be finished by the end of June. The pilot project for the fluidized pyrolysis and cracking of heavy oil using Zhongke synthetic oil involves a total investment of 110 million yuan. The project is located within the premises of the Inner Mongolia branch of Zhongke Synthetic Oil in the Dali Industrial New Area of Zhungeer Banner. It represents the first innovation project in deep processing of heavy oil in Inner Mongolia’s chemical industry. The scale of the project construction is as follows: the fluidized cracking section has a capacity of 200 kilograms per hour (for raw materials), while the fluidized pyrolysis section has a capacity of 660 kilograms per hour (for raw materials). The construction includes one set of fluidized pyrolysis and cracking units (comprising both fluidized pyrolysis and fluidized cracking functions), along with supporting facilities for storage, transportation, utilities, and environmental protection.
