On the morning of July 8, the Technical Exchange Meeting on the Integration of Olefin, Aromatic Hydrocarbons Processing and Advanced Refining for the 15 million tons per year demonstration project for clean and efficient conversion of coal (referred to as the “major project”) was held in the company’s Conference Room 308. A total of 10 people attended the meeting, including company leaders, technical personnel from relevant departments, the deputy general manager of Sinopec Luoyang Engineering Co., Ltd., and industry experts. During the meeting, the participants engaged in in-depth exchanges and discussions on various topics, including the overall process of refining and chemical integration as well as the related industrial chains, the development trends in the petrochemical industry, DMTO technology, continuous reforming technology, hydrogenation technology, chemical processing technologies, and digital delivery. The successful holding of this conference enhanced the understanding of those in attendance regarding the integration of refining and chemical processing, laying a solid foundation for the company’s subsequent work on selecting process routes, conducting technical comparisons, and carrying out overall design for major projects.
