The Anhui CarbonXin project is located within the Anhui (Huaibei) New Coal Chemical Synthesis Materials Base (formerly the Huaibei Linhuan Industrial Park). It represents a major strategic emerging industry project for Huaibei City aimed at promoting the development of the entire industrial chain related to the deep processing of coal resources, as well as supporting the transformation and upgrading of resource-based cities. It is also a key project under Anhui Province’s “861 Action Plan”. As part of the economic revitalization initiative for northern Anhui, it is the first project in the “coal chemical-salt chemical integration” initiative to begin construction.
