Tianze Group held a seminar on the feasibility study plan for the gasification and safety/environmental protection upgrades at its two plants in Bagong. On August 15, the group’s headquarters held a seminar on this feasibility study plan in the meeting room on the third floor; Zhang Guorui, the party secretary and chairman of the company, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Company leaders Zhai Lie and Guo Linlin, Wu Xiaolu, the person in charge of Xintang Engineering Design Co., Ltd., project manager Ren Yan Kai, technical director Hao Chunyuan, engineer Xing Bingmao, as well as the factory directors (managers) of various factories (subsidiaries), heads of relevant departments, and technical staff attended the meeting. Li Huiling, the company’s deputy general manager, presided over the meeting. Li Hongtai, deputy director of the company’s technology center, provided a detailed explanation of the specific requirements for projects such as the new gas supply system, the renovation of purification and compression systems, the improvement of wastewater treatment facilities, and the issue of insufficient safety distances in chemical plants. He also gave a thorough report on the progress of the feasibility studies. Ren Yankai provided a detailed introduction to the current status of the Bagong Park, the renovation projects, technical solutions, preliminary layout plans, as well as investment and schedule details. He also gave a thorough explanation of various projects such as the new gas supply system, the air separation oxygen production unit, the renovation of the purification system, and the upgrades to wastewater treatment facilities. The meeting conducted in-depth discussions on key issues such as the spatial layout of the newly constructed gas system, the adjusted safety distances for the liquid ammonia storage area, the 110KV substation in the chemical plant, and the distribution rooms in other systems of the chemical plant, resulting in a preliminary design plan for the adjustments. Zhang Guorui emphasized that the company’s transformation and upgrading are urgent – time is limited and the tasks are demanding. Relevant personnel must go to the sites as soon as possible to conduct on-site evaluations of the feasibility study plans. It is necessary to take into full account all relevant details, considering the special circumstances of carrying out reforms while continuing production, in order to find new ways to promote the company’s high-quality transformation and development.
