On August 12, the Ningmei Coal-to-Oil and Carbon 12/Carbon 14 units built by Shijian Company were handed over to the **Energy Group. The “three inspections and four determinations” for the unit, pipeline purging, and water commissioning of the unit have all been completed, and the unit is ready for operation. The Ningxia Coal Industry Project Department of Shijian Company actively responded to the call for continuous efforts to improve efficiency issued by the group company, and formulated a detailed construction plan to ensure that the project is completed on schedule. Construction of this facility began on March 6, 2019, and over a period of 17 months, 30,000 cubic meters of earthwork were removed, 7,800 cubic meters of concrete was poured, 4,000 tons of steel structures were installed, 154 stationary equipment units and 64 movable equipment units were installed, 200,000 inches of piping was welded, 188 kilometers of cables were laid, and 808 electrical and instrumentation devices were installed. This device is located adjacent to the operating equipment area, making safety control more challenging. The project department strictly controls on-site construction safety and ensures high construction quality. With a 3-month delay in the supply of equipment and materials, the project team focused on improving work efficiency, refined key milestones, strengthened coordination, optimized the construction plans, and adopted a strategy of \"one site with two work areas\", modular installation of the steel structure framework, and \"three-dimensional modular\" prefabrication of pipelines, to ensure the successful completion of all construction milestones. The Coal-to-Oil and Carbon 12/Carbon 14 plants of Ningxia Coal Group were completed to high standards, receiving high praise from the owner and the supervisor.
