On October 26, the 100,000-ton/year waste mineral oil recycling and comprehensive utilization project team based in Heilongjiang, under the Seventh Branch, carried out the installation of large-scale equipment, with the installation of four cutting towers being completed successfully. Before lifting this equipment, the project team took into account various factors such as the on-site construction conditions, the mass of the tower itself, wind conditions, temperature, the crane required for lifting, the cost of lifting, the project schedule, and the owner’s requirements. After a comprehensive evaluation, they developed a practical lifting plan. The safety officer in charge of the project department provided technical and safety instructions to all personnel involved in the lifting operations, ensuring that they had the basic knowledge necessary for such work and thus guaranteeing the safe execution of the tasks. The second stage of lifting involves arranging the counterweights of the crane and determining its positioning. The project team ensures that heavy equipment can be lifted to the desired height by using appropriate counterweights, while the proper positioning of the crane allows its boom to reach the necessary lifting position for the operation to take place. At 10:15 a.m., as the crane’s boom was slowly raised, the operation of the large tower began. There were four cutting towers, numbered 501, 503, 504, and 505; the largest of these devices was tower 501, which was 46 meters tall and weighed 45 tons. Lifting is carried out using the main crane of the QAY650 type and the tail crane of the QAY120 type. All employees of the project team overcame unfavorable conditions such as limited space at the construction site, low temperatures, and strong winds, and by 11 a.m., the foundations for the 4 cutting towers were successfully in place. The lifting work for the 4 cutting towers was successfully completed. The installation work for Heilongjiang Lairuipus Environmental Technology Development Co., Ltd.’s 100,000 tons per year project for the cyclic regeneration and comprehensive utilization of waste mineral oil has entered its peak phase; equipment installation, the installation of the steel structures associated with the equipment, anti-corrosion measures, and pipeline installation are all being carried out step by step. Project address: D-10, West Zone 1, Hongwei Industrial Park, High-Tech Zone, Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province. The total investment in the project is 128.8232 million yuan.
