On October 20, the main structure of the FAR-15 cabinet room in the methanol production unit of Yushen Energy Chemical Co., Ltd.’s 500,000 tons per year coal-based ethanol project was successfully completed. This is also the first building to reach its topping-out in the methanol complex. It is reported that this cabinet room serves as the centralized control and operation unit for the instrument systems of the methanol plant, shift converter plant, and sulfur plant. It features a shock-resistant structure, has a construction area of 660 square meters, and requires 575 cubic meters of concrete for pouring. The main structure of the cabinet room has been successfully completed, laying a solid foundation for the next stages of this project. As of now, work is underway on erecting formwork for the blast wall in FAR-14, another cabinet room in the methanol complex, with completion of the roof installation expected by the end of the month ; The foundation of the sulfur framework in the sulfur plant, as well as the base slab of the primary rainwater tank, have both been poured ; The foundation work for the regional substation frame has been completed, and all other projects are progressing in an orderly manner. Recently, the construction of the main body of Tank No. 3 for ethanol was completed at the pump station in Area 1 of the auxiliary systems for Yushen Energy Chemical’s 500,000 tons per year coal-based ethanol project.
