Representatives from the relevant departments of the coal-to-oil project construction command team as well as representatives of the construction companies attending the meeting. At the meeting, the relevant functional departments of the command center put forward specific requirements in areas such as the procedures for project commencement, civilized construction and safety quality management, the processes for material procurement and issuance, plan formulation, progress management, document control and information management, as well as the settlement and payment of progress payments. Representatives from the supervision company and the participating construction units also made statements. The 200,000 tons per year FTO wax project is the first joint venture project approved by Ningxia Coal Company in the Ningdong Coal Chemical Industry Base. It is also the first fine chemical project in that base that uses products from coal-to-oil facilities as raw materials. It plays an important role as a model for the further development of the industrial chain, and represents a practical implementation of the spirit of the important speech delivered by **** during his inspection of CNPC’s Yulin Chemical Plant, as well as an effort to put into practice the principle that \"socialism is achieved through hard work\". The total investment in the project is 39.3 billion yuan, with a land area of approximately 150 mu. Using 50,000 t/a of FTO heavy wax and 150,000 t/a of FTO refined wax produced by a 4 million t/a coal indirect liquefaction plant as raw materials, continuous high-vacuum molecular distillation technology is employed for precise separation, resulting in products of various grades such as 33# wax, 45# wax, 60# wax, 70# wax, and 105# wax. The project construction includes a molecular distillation unit, a granulation unit, a heat transfer oil system, as well as supporting facilities such as raw material storage areas, product storage areas, product warehouses, a power distribution system, a circulating water facility, and a hot water station. Wastewater treatment, natural gas (fuel gas), demineralized water, steam, nitrogen, instrument air, plant air, etc., rely on the existing utility facilities of the 4 million t/a coal indirect liquefaction project.
