Simple question: Super Klaus main combustion furnace and main combustion chamber

This post was last edited by liaifeng on 2018-9-3 08:52. If part of the sour gas is burned in the main combustion furnace, then what is the purpose of sending the other part to the combustion chamber? What is their relationship?
Are you referring to the process flow with intermediate partial flow? Usually, when ammonia combustion is required, in order to increase the temperature at the front of the furnace, a portion of the cleaned acidic gas is diverted to the middle section, resulting in a hyperoxic condition in that area; this helps to achieve higher temperatures and enables the ammonia in the acidic gas to be completely decomposed.
