Progress of the Xuzhou Longxingtai Coking Project Construction Author/Source: Sinochem Second Construction Company Date: 2022-01-14 Clicks: 10 Recently, the project team for the Xuzhou Longxingtai Coking Project has successfully completed the construction of over 20 tanks as well as several pump rooms and power distribution rooms for the circulating water system, fire protection system, and sewage system; installation work is now progressing step by step; The fabrication and installation of 12 custom storage tanks were completed, while 6 custom towers involved nearly 1,000 tons of work ; Construction is in full swing on various unit projects such as the external pipe galleries throughout the site, the internal pipes, the crusher room, the mixer room, as well as the coke and coal galleries, to ensure that the schedule targets are met. The process parameters for the 2.6 million tons per year coking energy comprehensive utilization project built by Xuzhou Longxingtai Energy Co., Ltd. include coal preparation, 4×65-hole 2.6 million tons per year 6.25m rammed coke ovens, cold drumming, desulfurization, acid production, ammonium sulfate synthesis, benzene extraction, and acid removal/ammonia distillation. The auxiliary facilities include a main power transformer, dry quenching systems, a power plant, circulating water systems, fire protection water for production, a refrigeration station, sewage treatment systems, air and nitrogen supply stations, coke screening and storage facilities, and surface dust removal stations. As for the utilization of coal gas, the project includes 300,000 tons per year of methanol production and 100,000 tons per year of synthetic ammonia production. The 2.6 million tons per year project for the production of concentrated ammonia water from coking process is under the general contracting of Tianjin Chuangju Technology Co., Ltd. It utilizes a technology package for producing 20% high-concentration ammonia water from excess ammonia water, as well as a new type of high-efficiency spray-type tray technology to concentrate the resulting ammonia water.
