Project investment: The total investment for this project is 7,457,070,000 yuan ； Construction content and scale: Plot 1: Yan B09-03/02 M3 plot in the Changshou Economic and Technological Development Zone of Chongqing. Plot 1 is divided into a northern and a southern area; the northern area covers an area of 343,665.39 m2, the southern area covers 158,790.35 m2, and the Torch area covers 32,400 m2. In the northern area, it is planned to build a 300,000-ton/year formaldehyde plant, a 300,000-ton/year BDO plant, a 100,000-ton/year acetylene plant, a syngas separation unit, and a 600,000-ton/year acetic acid plant, along with auxiliary facilities such as a circulating water system, chemical water treatment facilities, a power station, an 110kV substation, cabinet rooms, waste liquid treatment systems, accident ponds, rainwater monitoring ponds, and flares. The southern area covers an area of 158,790.35 m2 and is primarily used for constructing utility and auxiliary facilities, including the area in front of the factory (office buildings, control rooms, etc.), warehouses for the entire facility, chemical storage areas, maintenance rooms, fire water tanks and pump rooms, as well as systems for wastewater treatment. Plot 2: Yanyan B14-02/02 M3 Plot in the Changshou Economic and Technological Development Zone of Chongqing. With a total area of 101,047.57 m2, it is primarily used for storing raw materials and products; it includes 3 BDO storage tanks with a capacity of 5,000 m3 each, 2 acetic acid storage tanks with a capacity of 10,000 m3 each, 2 methanol storage tanks with a capacity of 3,000 m3 each, and 2 liquid ammonia storage tanks with a capacity of 12,000 m3 each. There are also vehicle loading/unloading stations and a tank truck parking lot. Additional facilities include power distribution systems, cabinet rooms, control rooms, as well as utility systems such as accident ponds and rainwater monitoring ponds. Plot 3: Sinopec Chongqing Chuanwei Chemical Co., Ltd. will utilize its existing land (by demolishing the current 100,000 tons per year dimethanol production facility in the eastern area) to build a 200,000 tons per year ammonia synthesis facility, along with the necessary utility and auxiliary facilities.
