In accordance with the provisions of documents such as the \"Implementation Plan for the ‘Build First, Verify Later’ Reform in Industrial Project Construction in Yiwu County (Trial)\\", the following information regarding Hami Guanghui Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd.’s project to produce 400,000 tons of ethylene glycol per year through the comprehensive utilization of waste gas is hereby made public: 1. Project name: Project to produce 400,000 tons of ethylene glycol per year through the comprehensive utilization of waste gas. 2. Planned start and completion dates for the project: August 2018 – December 2020. 3. Location of the project: Naomao Lake Comprehensive Industrial Zone, Yiwu County Industrial Park, Hami City. IV. Project construction scale: The project will have an annual production capacity of 400,000 tons of ethylene glycol, and it will be built in two phases, with each phase enabling an annual production of 200,000 tons of ethylene glycol. Phase 1 mainly involves the construction of a 200,000-ton/year ethylene glycol plant, a raw gas purification and separation unit, intermediate tank areas, Product Tank No. 1 and loading systems, a central controller, a central laboratory, a circulating water station, a fire water station, a flare system, a heating system, as well as utility facilities such as power distribution rooms ； Supporting service facilities such as canteens, dormitories, maintenance areas, and warehouses. Phase 2 mainly involves the construction of a 200,000-ton/year ethylene glycol plant, a raw gas purification and separation unit, intermediate tank areas and Product Tank No. 2, a circulating water station, a power distribution room, as well as the expansion of the 730 main step-down substation. Total project investment and source of funds: The total investment amounts to 3,559.8 million yuan, with Phase 1 requiring an investment of 1,874.02 million yuan and Phase 2 requiring an investment of 1,685.78 million yuan.
