The internal components of the heat-exchange conversion furnace are key core equipment in ammonia synthesis plants, and they are also the most expensive components, with a value of nearly 20 million yuan. The device is approximately 13 meters tall, 3.2 meters in diameter, and weighs 102 tons. It consists of 204 conversion tubes, 19 central tubes, and related accessories; the fact that these tubes are highly susceptible to damage makes the lifting operation extremely difficult. The equipment was successfully hoisted into place, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent catalyst loading process and significantly advancing the construction of the ammonia synthesis project.
