At present, the various tasks related to the major overhaul at Xifenghang Company are still in full swing, and taking this opportunity to carry out the overhaul, the company’s gasification workshop actively organized special discussion meetings with relevant parties. On February 16, the upgrade and renovation of the particle size screening unit in the raw material processing section were successfully completed. It is understood that as part of this upgrade, the motor used in the particle size screening device has been replaced from 4KW to 7.5KW in order to meet the requirements of the manufacturing process; this prevents the equipment from operating under overload conditions. The efficiency of the screening screen has increased from 20 T/h to 100 T/h. Additionally, the screen has been changed from a single-piece design to a wavy design, and it is equipped with rollers, which eliminates the need to stop the screening process midway for cleaning – thereby greatly improving the effectiveness and efficiency of screening while reducing the workload on the employees. At the same time, the auxiliary facilities of the device, such as supports, ladders, and plug plates, were completely redesigned; safety hazards were promptly eliminated through methods such as reinforced welding or replacement. Following this upgrade, it will provide strong support for the long-term stable operation of the company’s pure oxygen continuous gasification furnace.
