At present, the pre-cooling system for the main body of the cold box in the air separation section is basically completed; the operating equipment has been installed, and pipeline installation is currently in progress ； The framework of the gas processing section and the custom-made equipment are currently under production; 90% of the total equipment manufacturing work has been completed... The project construction is now accelerating, taking a solid step toward completion and commissioning. The company’s Project for Comprehensive Environmental Improvement of the 2# Gasification System is a key project at the county level. This project uses gas produced by micro-pressure pure oxygen gasification units as raw material; it replaces the existing 10 φ2650 fixed-bed batch gasifiers with 5 φ3600 micro-pressure pure oxygen continuous gasifiers. A air separation unit with a capacity of 16,000 Nm3/h (including circulating water) is also installed, and the utility systems such as water, electricity, and steam throughout the system are upgraded accordingly. The original production capacity remains unchanged after the renovation.
