The workshop conducted a preliminary inspection, assessment, repair, and restart of the equipment, and identified several issues in the oil system. This is because the machining precision requirements for the components of nitrogen compressors are very high, and the key data related to them is kept confidential. Zhao Qiang, the company’s deputy general manager, attached great importance to the maintenance work of these nitrogen compressors. After gaining a thorough understanding of the actual situation, he proposed that Li Ruicai, the deputy director of the gasification workshop’s equipment team, serve as the leader of a technical team dedicated to carrying out this maintenance work, with members drawn from the gasification workshop, the mechanical repair and manufacturing department, and the production department. The task force searched for relevant domestic and international equipment information, analyzed and summarized the data, designed and manufactured the necessary parts, and attempted to reset the equipment for testing – but failed ； Analyze and summarize again, remanufacture the parts, and reset for testing. Faced with these obstacles, the problem-solving team analyzed, summarized, and ruled out various possibilities again and again, eventually determining that the issue must lie in the oil circuit system. With renewed determination, they thoroughly inspected the oil pump, check valves, drain valves, diaphragm, piston, piston rings, and so on, and finally identified and resolved the last two \"hidden\" fault points.
