Qualification Requirements for Bidders Qualifications required for bidders: (1) Regulatory requirements: Bidders must be domestic independent corporate entities or other organizational forms, possess valid business licenses, and have the capability to independently sign and fulfill contracts in terms of professional expertise, equipment and facilities, personnel organization, experience, financial resources, after-sales service, as well as their own production bases； Personnel organization: Over 200 employees, with proof of social insurance for the staff ； Processing capability requirements: The bidder’s factory must have the independent capacity to conduct material property tests, processing, heat treatment, and testing of the main components. (2) Performance requirements: At least 5 similar projects completed from January 1, 2014, to the present are required; copies of contracts and agreements must be provided. Projects carried out in the Northwest or Xinjiang region can result in a higher score ； (3) Credit requirement: The bidder must not be listed on the list of entities with poor credit records on the “Credit China” website (www.creditchina.gov.cn) ； (4) Other requirements: The person in charge of a unit that has cross-shareholdings or holds concurrent positions in different units shall not bid for the same bid segment, nor for the same tender project without such segmentation; otherwise, the bid will be invalid ； (5) Joint bids are not accepted for this tender.
