Tendering Conditions: This tendering project, which involves producing 200,000 tons per year of synthetic ammonia from chemical process exhaust gases, has been approved for construction by the Development and Reform Commission of Changshou District, Chongqing, via a Chongqing Investment Project Registration Certificate*. The project owner is Chongqing Jianfeng Chemical Co., Ltd.; the funding for the project comes from internal sources, with 100% of the costs being covered by this company, and Chongqing Jianfeng Chemical Co., Ltd. is the entity conducting the tendering. The project is now ready for bidding, and public bidding is being conducted for the procurement of two pieces of equipment, namely the high-temperature heat exchanger for the syngas unit in this project. 2. Project Overview and Scope of Bidding 2.1 Project Location: Changshou Economic and Technological Development Zone, Chongqing. 2.2 Name of goods, quantity, main technical parameters, delivery period: (1) Name of goods, quantity, and main technical parameters (see technical attachment for details): http://img.yf116.cn/image/img/20220613/161158583189.jpg (2) Delivery period: 5 months from the effective date of the contract for delivery to the project site. 2.3 Scope of the bid: It includes the procurement of materials for the entire set of equipment, its manufacturing, transportation (including packaging and delivery to the site on the loading platform), insurance (up to the time of delivery and acceptance), guidance on installation and commissioning, inspection, testing, taxes and fees, spare parts, special tools, technical documents and drawings, as well as on-site technical support, all until successful acceptance. The quality guarantee period is 1 year. 3. Qualification requirements for bidders 3.1 For this tender, bidders must meet the following conditions: (1) The bidder must be an independent legal entity with a valid business license ； (2) The bidder possesses a valid ISO9001 quality management system certification ； (3) The bidder shall possess a valid license for the design and manufacture of special equipment (qualification for pressure vessels of Class II/D level or above) ； (4) From January 1, 2016, to the deadline for bidding, the bidder must have experience in manufacturing at least one piece of equipment of the same type and material, which has been in successful operation for 2 years or more. 3.2 Joint bids and bids submitted by agents are not accepted for this tender. 4. Acquisition of Tender Documents 4.1 All those interested in bidding are requested to download the tender documents* starting from June 10, 2022 (Beijing time, the same below) (please log in). 5.
