Qualifications required of bidders 3.1 Qualifications required of bidders: Bidders must be *qualified suppliers ； Two or more legal entities with the same legal representative, as well as parent companies, wholly-owned subsidiaries, and their holding companies, shall not submit bids simultaneously in the same goods bidding process ； Joint bids are not accepted for this tender ； A manufacturer may only invite one bidder to submit a bid for goods of the same brand and model ； Bidders must be included in the list of qualified suppliers specified in the contract between the tenderer and the project owner (Xinjiang Xuan Dong Energy Co., Ltd.). 3.2 Bidders shall not fall under any of the following circumstances: (1) Being the same person as the person in charge of another bidder for this project. (2) There is a direct controlling relationship with other bidders for this project. (3) Having a management relationship with other bidders for this project.
