Recently, the website of the ** Intellectual Property Office published the \"Notice from the Office of the ** Intellectual Property Office regarding the list of projects approved for special patent research in 2022.\" The project titled \"Patent Analysis and Research on Key Negative-Carbon Technologies for the High-Value Utilization of Carbon Dioxide,\" jointly proposed by Tianchen Company, Tianjin Institute of Science and Technology Information, and Nankai University, was successfully approved. The implementation of this project will better drive the company’s technological innovation and advancement, and help improve the key technologies for the high-value utilization of carbon dioxide. It is understood that among the list of projects approved for the 2022 **Intellectual Property Office patent research programs issued this time, a total of 50 projects were approved nationwide, with only 7% of the applications coming from outside the **Intellectual Property Office system being approved. The project selected by Tianchen Company is based on the adiponitrile and HPPO products independently developed by Tianchen Company, and involves specialized patent research focused on the production of high-value new chemical materials through reactions with carbon dioxide. In recent years, under the strong leadership of the group company, Tianchen Company has thoroughly implemented the relevant guidelines regarding the comprehensive and accurate application of the new development concepts, as well as the systematic planning and overall arrangements needed to achieve carbon peak and carbon neutrality.
