Each project team must fulfill its duties conscientiously, take initiative in assuming responsibilities, and promptly conduct comprehensive research by industry and market to understand customers’ deeper needs as well as the trends in industry development. By combining existing production technologies, they should develop plans for product upgrading and transformation in order to continuously increase the added value of their products.
