Guanghui Energy gains another **high-tech enterprise. To date, Guanghui Energy has three high-tech enterprises under its umbrella: Guanghui New Energy Company, Guanghui Clean Refining & Chemical Company, and Guanghui Luyou Sulfur Chemicals Company. Guanghui Luyou Sulfur Chemical Company: A high-tech enterprise refers to a resident enterprise that, within the scope of the \"Key High-Tech Fields for Support\" as specified, carries out continuous research and development as well as the transformation of technical achievements, thereby developing core independent intellectual property rights. It operates on the basis of these assets. Such enterprises represent an important strategic approach to adjusting the industrial structure and enhancing competitiveness; they also represent recognition and support for a company’s capabilities in research and development and innovation. Guanghui Luyou Sulfur Chemical Company utilizes the hydrogen sulfide waste gas generated in the coal-to-methanol industry to produce dimethyl disulfide through a methanethiol sulfuration method that is unique in China. This approach helps to effectively handle hydrogen sulfide waste gas, extend the product chain, and increase the added value of the products, thus aligning with the policies aimed at promoting the development of such industries in western regions. The company’s industry focused on the production of dimethyl disulfide via the methanethiol sulfidation method at a capacity of 10,000 tons per year or more, as well as its further processing, has been included in the list of industries encouraged in the western region. The company has successively carried out various technical upgrades, including improvements to overall production capacity, energy-saving modifications to the recirculated water system, additional reverse osmosis treatment for wastewater, and expansions to the exhaust gas absorption facilities. As a result, the production capacity of the plants has been further increased, achieving zero discharge of production wastewater; moreover, the quality of the dimethyldisulfide product has been raised to over 99.95%. The company has obtained 23 utility model patents, and the group standard for \"Industrial-grade dimethyl disulfide\" that it led in formulating was approved and published by the Chinese Chemical Society. In July 2021, the company launched efforts to establish a \"green factory,\" and in November 2021 it obtained certification for the \"four systems.\" Throughout the years, Guanghui Energy has made significant efforts to advance technological innovation, with a focus on green and low-carbon technology innovations as well as the translation of such innovations into practical applications. By using less energy and generating less pollution, it manages to achieve higher economic output, thereby providing strong technological impetus for sustainable development. Guanghui New Energy Company: The projects implemented by this company, such as the waste heat utilization project for heating residents in Yiwu County, the project for comprehensive utilization of thermal energy from VOCs emissions in low-temperature methanol washing processes, the energy-saving renovation projects for methanol distillation, and the initiatives to treat and remove VOCs from wastewater treatment systems, have all played a key role in promoting the green development of Xinjiang’s coal-based methanol industry. Projects implemented by Guanghui Cleaning and Refining Company, such as the expansion of wastewater treatment facilities to reduce emissions, waste heat recovery and low-temperature water optimization projects, as well as comprehensive utilization of the plant’s water systems to save water and reduce emissions, have helped achieve the goals of green development, energy savings, and emission reduction.
