Qingshuihe Xuyang Energy Co., Ltd.’s 3.6 million tons per year integrated coking and comprehensive utilization project. Location of construction: Qingshuihe Economic Development Zone, Hohhot, Inner Mongolia. Project investment: The total investment for this project is 420,000 million yuan. Scope of construction: The project utilizes 3×88-hole 6.78-type ramming coke ovens, along with supporting facilities for coal preparation, coking, coke treatment, gas purification, dry quenching of coke and waste heat power generation, as well as environmental protection devices and production auxiliary facilities. Product volume: 3.6 million tons of coke; by-products include 1.7 billion cubic meters of coke oven gas, 160,000 tons of coal tar, 50,000 tons of crude benzene, 60,000 tons of ammonium sulfate, etc. Project Overview: This project is located in the Qingshuihe Economic Development Zone and the Tuoketuo Economic Development Zone (spanning Qingshuihe County and Tuoketuo County), and it is invested in and constructed by Qingshuihe Xuyang Energy Co., Ltd. The annual production amounts to 3.6 million tons of coke, 1.7 billion cubic meters of coke oven gas, 850 million cubic meters of hydrogen, 160,000 tons of coal tar, 50,000 tons of crude benzene, and 60,000 tons of sulfur. Construct coke ovens with a height of 6 meters or more, along with supporting facilities such as coal preparation equipment, coking equipment, coke treatment equipment, gas purification equipment, dry quenching equipment, environmental protection devices, and production auxiliary facilities, as well as systems for heat and gas supply within the park. The project investment amount is 420 million yuan.
