What are the components in desulfurization gypsum from power plants? The component of gypsum is calcium sulfate dihydrate, right? But why does adding desulfurization gypsum solution from power plants to water with a hardness of result in the hardness dropping to 3 instead! I want to use desulfurization gypsum from power plants as a coagulant for treating the slime water in coal processing plants.
