This system is capable of removing SO2 from the flue gas generated by 5 boilers with an evaporation capacity of 280 t/h when operating at full load. Under the designed conditions, the SO2 concentration at the inlet of the device is less than 2000 mg/Nm3, allowing a desulfurization efficiency of over 99%. The SO2 emission concentration at the outlet is ≤35 mg/Nm3, the NOX emission concentration is ≤50 mg/Nm3, the NH3 escape concentration is ≤3.0 mg/Nm3, and the particulate matter concentration at the outlet is ≤5 mg/Nm3. Thanks to the diligent efforts of the department leaders and professionals, the desulfurization C series is currently operating smoothly, and the first batch of sulfuric acid AN products was successfully produced on November 12th. According to statistics, as of November 14, the production volume of sulfuric acid An had reached 80 tons. Laboratory analyses showed that all parameters of the product met the quality requirements specified in GB/T535-2020 for Type II products, which indicates the complete success of the trial operation of the desulfurization C series!
