How to adjust the steam generator inlet temperature

How should it be adjusted when the steam generator inlet temperature is slightly lower than the target temperature (by about 3.5 degrees)?
The steam generator inlet temperature is also the outlet temperature of the hydrogenation reactor, and this temperature cannot be adjusted.
I believe that the inlet temperature of the vapor generator cannot be adjusted; the only way is to control the temperature of the hydrogenation reactor, but that doesn’t make any sense
Why did you think of adjusting this temperature?
