Request for electrical motor pump cable specifications

The incoming cable of the explosion-proof motor does not use an explosion-proof flexible hose; instead, it is connected with a regular hose. The cable passes through an explosion-proof gasket and is then sealed with explosion-proof putty. The cable is armored and flame-retardant; does that mean it’s not necessary to use an explosion-proof flexible hose? What are the regulations regarding this? Please provide the relevant standards
