What is the purpose of sending expanded steam with roots to the deaerator?
When the temperature of the demineralized water is insufficient, steam is used for thermal deoxidation
Our deoxidizers have not been put into use yet.
The flash steam from wastewater recovery is used to heat deaerated water for deaeration
The continuous blowdown from the drum is sent to a continuous blowdown expansion vessel; the water from this expansion vessel goes to the periodic blowdown device, while the steam from it serves as expansion steam that is then fed into the deaerator for reuse. The steam used for this expansion, which is connected to your deaerator, serves the purpose of converting demineralized water into deoxygenated water.
