I don’t know the specific parameters; let’s talk about our own situation. Electric heating is generally not used. Before starting the pump, we ask an electrician to check the insulation of the motor. If the insulation is satisfactory, the pump can be started right away. If it’s not satisfactory, electric heating is used for half an hour, after which the insulation is checked again – usually it becomes satisfactory by then.
Here, we turn on the electric heater after stopping the pump, and turn it off before starting the pump again.
