I would like to ask for advice: recently, the flash point of the diesel I produce has always been below room temperature, although the boiling range is fine – the initial boiling point is around 150 degrees or higher, and the water content is between 200-300 PPM. Even after dehydration in the laboratory, the flash point remains low, at around 30-40 degrees. In the past, under this same process, the flash point was above 50 degrees, and there were no issues with separating the gasoline components; the boiling ranges were properly separated without any overlap. I hope experts can help analyze the reason for this!

Diesel products contain light components. Optimize the operating conditions of the side-line stripping unit (in hydrocracking units) or the distillation column (in refining units), through methods such as adjusting reflux and optimizing the top temperature of the column.
