1. What is the typical temperature of the reactor before feeding in a hydrogenation reaction? It’s 130°C here; is this an empirical value? 2. Why is it necessary to control this temperature? 3. Are there specific requirements for pressure when feeding at 130℃? 4. What are the differences during vulcanization? Is 130°C taken into account for desulfurization performance? 130°C is generally the requirement when increasing the pressure in the reactor, right? To prevent temper hydrogen embrittlement of the reactor material, it is required that the temperature be above the material’s hydrogen embrittlement temperature before the pressure reaches 1/4 of the design pressure. The pre-vulcanization temperature varies depending on the vulcanizing machine used; it is generally between 160 and 200°C. However, it must not exceed 230°C before H2S penetrates the catalyst bed (the temperature may be higher in cases where self-vulcanization occurs). The temperature for normal operation and oil injection is much higher, ranging from 280 to 300.

Then won’t the vaporization of the liquid cause a shock to the system?
130°C is not yet the starting temperature for the reaction; so where could any shock come from?
