The new hydrogen compressor for hydrogenation features three stages of compression. Recently, there has been a serious issue of liquid accumulation in the third-stage liquid separation tank, and this liquid is mostly water. Why isn’t there any liquid accumulation in the first and second stages, while it only occurs in the third stage?
For a three-stage compressor, is there still a cooler and a liquid separation tank after the third-stage exhaust? Generally, it’s just that the exhaust gas goes straight out after stage 3 treatment, without any cooler or liquid separation tank.

A leak in the outlet heat exchanger can be directly determined by whether there are bubbles in the circulating water return sight glass. If free water appears in the outlet buffer tank while the machine is running continuously, it should be shut down for inspection.
