Green sulfur appears in the sulfur unit

Experts, recently, when our sulfur plant was discharging waste from the exhaust gas capture system, we noticed that the sulfur discharged was green. Could you please tell us what’s going on? Our sulfur production furnace uses gas as a supplementary fuel.
Burning ammonia? If there is burning, it might be due to incomplete combustion; previously, a large amount of green liquid was found in the process gas pipelines at my workplace.
The combustion in the front section is incomplete; the temperature of the sulfur production furnace has not reached the 1250 degrees required for ammonia decomposition℃
It must be that the feed gas contains ammonia. . Check upstream. Also, burning ammonia produces sulfur trioxide; I’m not sure why either, but it definitely corrodes equipment:lol:lol:lol
I’ve heard this for the first time; our furnaces are all over 1,000 degrees, and such a situation has never occurred before
It contains a green liquid, which may cause corrosion to form malachite; hence it appears as a green liquid.
It’s carbon separation; if it’s dark green, then it also contains gums
1. Check for hydrocarbons or ammonia in the acidic gas. 2 Check whether the catalyst has become powdered, or if there is corrosion in any of the equipment
