Sulfur removal and inert gas purging (using subchemical combustion of fuel gas) should be carried out before the unit comes to a complete stop; this is also one of the main measures to prevent system corrosion, fellow sailors. Am I right?

The outlet temperature of the liquid sulfur catcher must be controlled properly to capture as much liquid sulfur as possible ； 4. The sulfur recovery exhaust gas from our plant is sent to the boiler, so heat tracing sleeves have been installed on the exhaust pipelines to prevent the valves leading to the boiler from getting clogged and to avoid pipeline corrosion
