Technical renovation project for the 20,000-ton per year production of fine chemicals such as potassium fluoride and ammonium hydrogen fluoride. This project is located within the premises of Yingke New Materials Co., Ltd. in Dongsaniwa Village, Pingquan Town, Pingquan City; it does not require any additional land use. The total investment is 800,000 yuan, which will be used to renovate the existing factory buildings and some facilities, as well as to purchase new equipment such as measuring tanks and iron melting reactors. The existing production processes will be modified, with the output volume of the main products remaining unchanged; meanwhile, a new by-product, iron phosphate, will be produced. After the implementation of the technical upgrade project, the production volume of ammonium fluoride remained at 10,000 t/year, while an additional by-product of 454.1 t/year of iron phosphate was produced.
