520 million yuan invested! Shangwei Shares makes a cross-sectoral capital injection to take control of Sichuan Zhongfutaihua

On November 25, Shangwei Co., Ltd. (603333.SH) announced that it would use its own funds or funds raised through other means in the amount of RMB 520,408,200 to increase its investment in Sichuan Zhongfutaihua New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Zhongfutaihua”). Upon completion of this investment, the company will hold 51% of Zhongfutaihua’s shares. Following this capital increase, Zhongfu Taihua’s registered capital will rise from RMB 500 million to RMB 1,020,408,200. The company will hold 51% of the shares in Zhongfu Taihua, which will thus become a subsidiary controlled by the company. This strategic investment is perfectly aligned with Leshan City’s goal of developing a green chemical industry cluster worth hundreds of billions of yuan, and it also marks a significant step forward in Shangwei Co., Ltd.’s strategy of driving growth through both \"special cables\" and \"electronic chemicals\".
