The announcement states that recently, Heyuan New Materials received the \"Notice of Filing for the Pilot Production Plan of Hazardous Chemicals Construction Projects\" issued by the Yichang Emergency Management Bureau (Document No. WeiHuaProjectBai12) (hereinafter referred to as the \"Pilot Production Notice\"). The facilities for producing tungsten hexafluoride and 3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane at this project are ready for pilot production; Heyuan New Materials is required to \"take all necessary measures to ensure the safety of this pilot production\", with the period for such production running from April 10, 2025, to April 9, 2026. He Yuan Gas stated that the Yichang Electronic Specialty Gases and Functional Materials Industrial Park project is one of its key investment projects. The facilities that are now ready for trial production, including those for producing tungsten hexafluoride, 3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane, as well as the silane storage areas and loading/unloading stations, are part of its efforts to develop fluorine- and silicon-based electronic specialty gas products and new silicon-based materials, along with the corresponding supporting infrastructure. The completion and operation of these facilities mark the gradual formation of the products and industrial chains planned for the first phase of the Yichang Electronic Specialty Gases and Silicon-Based New Materials Industrial Park.
