On the 20th of the month, a draft environmental impact assessment report for Sichuan Yongjing New Materials Co., Ltd.’s project related to wet electronic chemicals and electronic specialty gases was made public. The details of the project are as follows: Project name: Sichuan Yongjing Wet Electronic Chemicals and Electronic Specialty Gases Project; Project owner: Sichuan Yongjing New Materials Co., Ltd.; Project investment: approximately 106 million yuan; Location of construction: Zigong South Sichuan New Materials Chemical Park; Nature of the project: new construction; Scope of construction: The project aims to produce 50,000 tons per year of electronic-grade hydrofluoric acid, 5,000 tons per year of electronic-grade ammonium fluoride solution, 12,000 tons per year of electronic-grade high-purity ammonia, 5,000 tons per year of BOE solution, 30,000 tons per year of semiconductor-grade ammonia water, 20,000 tons per year of semiconductor-grade hydrofluoric acid, 200 tons per year of semiconductor-grade hydrogen fluoride, 120 tons per year of semiconductor-grade fluorine-nitrogen mixed gas, and 20 tons per year of semiconductor-grade fluorine-inert gas mixed gas. The facility will also include units for producing by-product ammonia water, liquid ammonia, and hydrofluoric acid, along with supporting auxiliary and environmental protection facilities.
