The details of the project are as follows: Project name: Phase II Project for the Production of New Blue Fluorine Materials in Jiangxi Xingfu ； Construction unit: Jiangxi Xingfu Zhonglan New Materials Co., Ltd ； Total investment: Approximately 464.4758 million yuan; Project type: Renovation and expansion ； Construction location: Within the existing campus of Jiangxi Xingfu Zhonglan New Materials Co., Ltd., in the Chengbei Industrial Park of Jiangxi Xingan Industrial Park ； Construction content and scale: This project includes the expansion of the R152a unit ； Expansion of acetylene production facility, addition of calcium chloride production unit ； Build a new fluorine fine chemicals workshop ； R236fa unit renovation, expansion of R240fa production capacity, and construction of a new R161 production line ； PDD unit expansion ； Construct new raw material and product tank farms, new product filling stations and finished bottle warehouses; renovate the hydroxyl acid tank farm; renovate Workshop 1#AHF, etc. Upon completion of this project’s construction, the production capacity will be increased to 70,000 tons per year for R152a, after adding an additional 45,000 tons per year of this substance; the production capacity of acetylene (for sale externally) will be increased by 3,000 tons. In addition, the production capacity for calcium chloride will increase by 100,000 tons, TFEA by 260 tons, ETFBO by 800 tons, TFAA by 800 tons, MTP by 800 tons, and R161 by 1,000 tons. The production capacity of R240fa will be increased by 6,000 tons, bringing the total capacity to 8,000 tons, while the production capacity of PDD will be increased by 9 tons, resulting in a total capacity of 10 tons. At the same time, a new \"incineration system\" has been added to handle the waste gases and liquids generated, while the original \"RTO system\" serves as a backup system.
