On August 1, Jinfu Technology issued a announcement regarding its wholly-owned subsidiary’s intention to sign a project investment agreement. The announcement states that Shanghai Jinjinfu New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jinfu Technology Company, intends to sign a Project Investment Agreement with Shanghai Jinshan Second Industrial Zone Investment Co., Ltd. Jinjinfu plans to build the \"JF New Materials Phase I Eastern Production Base\" project in the Carbon Valley Green Bay Industrial Park in Jinshan District, Shanghai, with a total planned investment of 1.0137 billion yuan. The project plans to build production lines for new materials such as fluorine-free adhesives, electronic binders, and thermal management coolants, along with supporting facilities, within the production area. Suzhou Jinfu Technology Co., Ltd. is a publicly listed company controlled by state-owned assets. It was founded in 1998 and listed on the GEM board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2010, with the stock code 300128. Jinfu Technology is mainly engaged in the research and development, processing, manufacturing, sales, and technical services of precision components for electronic products, liquid crystal display modules (LCM and BLU), as well as intelligent inspection and automation equipment. Jinfu Technology is actively pursuing a transformation and development of its core business, and has established a strategy to focus on three areas of application materials: thermal management materials, high-end bonding materials, and electrochemical materials. The company has actively promoted the transformation and upgrading of its business toward high-tech, high-value-added industries, and has made significant progress. In terms of thermal management materials, the low-conductivity coolant super-concentrate developed independently by Jinfu Technology has undergone road test evaluations at a leading domestic new energy vehicle manufacturer, demonstrating excellent performance; this product is capable of enhancing the safety and energy efficiency of the cooling systems in new energy vehicles. In addition to being suitable for new energy vehicles, the company is also promoting its coolant products for data centers and energy storage batteries in the market. In addition, the company’s aerogel materials, as the main products supplied for thermal insulation solutions in CATL’s power batteries, have been deployed on a large scale and are also being used in fields such as aerospace. In the field of fine chemical materials, the first phase of Jinfu Technology’s 10,000-ton per year project for fluorine-free binders used in batteries now has the capability to produce products on a scale of 1,000 tons per year. Samples have been sent to more than 20 major domestic battery manufacturers for testing, and the initial feedback indicates good results. It is reported that fluorine-free binders are key materials for battery cathodes. The company’s products have been tested by a leading domestic lithium battery manufacturer, and their performance metrics are at the leading level in the industry.
