Recently, the Jinxi County Ecology and Environment Bureau issued a announcement regarding the pre-submission public disclosure of the environmental impact assessment information for the construction project of Jiangxi Zhanding Materials Co., Ltd., which aims to produce 9,600 tons per year of high-end specialty chemicals. The details of the project are as follows: Project owner: Jiangxi Zhanding Materials Co., Ltd; Project Name: Construction Project for Jiangxi Zhan Ding Materials Co., Ltd. to Produce 9,600 Tons of High-End Special Chemicals Per Year ; Capital investment for construction: The total investment for this project is 2,650 million yuan, of which 77 million yuan is allocated to environmental protection measures, accounting for 2.91% of the total investment ; Project construction details: The project plans to make use of the standard factory buildings constructed and managed by the Jinxi Industrial Park Management Committee in Jiangxi Province, with modifications being carried out on these buildings. The project will be implemented in two phases – phase one will have an annual production capacity of 3,650 tons of high-end specialty chemicals, while phase two will enable an annual production of 5,950 tons of such chemicals. Phase 1 has an annual production capacity of 3,650 tons of high-end specialty chemicals, primarily 1,800 tons per year of electronic fluorination agents, including 100 t/a of perfluorotributylamine, 500 t/a of perfluorotripropylamine, 150 t/a of perfluorobutyl methyl ether, 150 t/a of perfluorobutyl ethyl ether, 150 t/a of perfluoroheptyl ethyl ether, 200 t/a of potassium perfluorobutyl sulfonate, 200 t/a of surfactants, 200 t/a of perfluoromethyl N-morpholine, and 150 t/a of perfluoroisobutyronitrile ; The annual production capacity is 450 tons of specialty chemicals, including 100 t/a of trifluoromethanesulfonic anhydride, 50 t/a of trifluoromethanesulfonates (lithium, silver, zinc), 200 t/a of trimethylsilyl trifluoromethanesulfonate, and 100 t/a of N-phenyldibutyltrifluoromethanesulfonylimide. The nitrile flame retardant products account for 500 t/a of hexaphenoxyphosphazinone, while the high-purity composite products include 300 t/a of AD-71IPA, 150 t/a of AD-71DE, 150 t/a of AD-71DA, 100 t/a of AD-72FL, 100 t/a of AD-72DE, and 100 t/a of AD-72DA. Phase 2 will have an annual production capacity of 5,950 tons of high-end specialty chemicals, primarily 3,950 tons of electronic fluorination agents per year. These include 300 t/a of perfluorotributylamine, 200 t/a of perfluoropropylamine, 250 t/a of perfluorobutyl methyl ether, 250 t/a of perfluorobutyl ethyl ether, 250 t/a of perfluoroheptyl ethyl ether, 200 t/a of perfluorohexane, 800 t/a of perfluorooctane, 250 t/a of perfluorohexanone, 600 t/a of perfluoromethyl N-morpholine, and 850 t/a of perfluoroisobutyronitrile ; Specialty chemicals include 500 t/a trifluoromethanesulfonic acid ; An annual production capacity of 1,500 tons of nitrile flame retardant products, including 500 t/a of sodium cyclic triphosphazene sulfonate and 1,000 t/a of hexa(2-allyloxyphenoxy)cyclic triphosphazene.
