According to Wengfu Group, since March 2026, Guizhou Wengfu Kaipin Fluorosilicon New Materials Co., Ltd. has been supplying high-purity anhydrous hydrogen fluoride to Guizhou Phosphorus Chemical Kaitai Technology Co., Ltd. on a steady basis. This batch of products is primarily used in the production of lithium hexafluorophosphate, a key material for electrolytes in new energy lithium-ion batteries. To date, the downstream production processes are operating stably, and the product specifications are within normal ranges. This stable supply marks an important breakthrough in the improvement of the quality of high-purity anhydrous hydrogen fluoride produced by Fluorosilicon New Materials Company, and it also provides a crucial raw material foundation for establishing the industrial chain linking \"fluorine chemicals\" to \"new energy materials\". The plant with an annual production capacity of 30,000 tons of high-purity anhydrous hydrogen fluoride, as a key construction project for the group company, was completed and put into operation by the end of 2025. This facility is the eighth industrial unit built by Phosphorus Group using the fluorosilicic acid method to produce anhydrous hydrogen fluoride. Compared with previous processes, it incorporates multiple additional distillation steps, which significantly improves the purity of the product and enables it to meet the stringent requirements for raw materials in high-end fields such as new energy and semiconductors. By successfully applying this product in the production of lithium hexafluorophosphate, Phosphating Kaitai Company has not only demonstrated the reliability and stability of its products in applications related to new energy sources, but it has also opened up new opportunities for the company’s further market expansion.
