RT, dear colleagues: Regarding the current domestic manufacturers of NF3, such as 718, Xiaoxing (Quzhou), SK (Zhenjiang), and Shandong Feiyuan, could you summarize how they collect their NF3 product? For example, is it done by pressurizing the gas phase after it enters the gas tank using a diaphragm compressor to directly fill tank cars or cylinders, or is the purified nitrogen trifluoride cooled and liquefied first, with the liquid being filled in, or is it vaporized first and then pressurized in gas form using a diaphragm compressor?
