Recently, a public notice regarding the environmental protection inspection upon completion of the Phase 1 of the second-phase technical upgrade project for fluorine-based fine chemicals at Fujian SanNong New Materials Co., Ltd. was posted on relevant websites. The details of the project are as follows: Project name: Phase 1 of the second-phase technical upgrade project for fluorine-based fine chemicals at Fujian SanNong New Materials Co., Ltd； Construction location: Huangsha New Materials Circular Economy Industrial Park, Sanming City ； Construction unit: Fujian San Nong New Materials Co., Ltd ； Project investment: 50 million yuan ； Construction nature: Expansion ； Acceptance criteria: The designed production capacity for hydrogen fluoride ether (HFE-254) is 1,000 t/year, that for HFE-347 is also 1,000 t/year, for HFE-374 it is 2,000 t/year, and for HFE-458 it is 500 t/year. Equipment installation will be carried out within the existing MFA workshop; the main production equipment includes reaction vessels, distillation towers, washing tanks, fractionation tanks, product collection tanks, and product dryers. In the second phase (not yet built): perfluoropropyl vinyl ether (PPVE) at 100 t/a, diiodotetrafluoroethane at 20 t/a, diiodooctafluorobutane at 10 t/a, and diiodoperfluohexane at 5 t/a.
